CHAPTER 230.

|
AN ACT to repeal section thirty-two of article sev-
|
|
|
enteen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
|
|
|
" Queen Anne's county," sub-title " Centreville,"
|
|
|
and to re-enact the same with amendments, and
|
|
|
to add additional sections to said article.
|
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
|
Repealed and
re-enacted.
|
Maryland, That section thirty-two of article seven-
teen, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Queen
|
|
|
Anne's county," sub-title "Centreville," be and the
|
|
|
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as to read
|
|
|
as follows:
|
|
|
SEC. 32. And be it enacted, That all persons who
|
|
|
have resided within the corporate limits of said town
|
|
Qualification
of.voters.
|
for six months, and all persons holding taxable prop-
erty in said town, and who are entitled to vote for
|
|
|
Delegates to the General Assembly, shall, at the
|
|
|
court house in said town, on the first Monday in
|
|
|
April, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, and every
|
|
|
second year thereafter, elect by ballot three persons,
|
|
|
residents of and holding real estate in said town,
|
|
|
above the value of three hundred dollars, as com-
|
|
|
missioners.

|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the following sec-

SEC. 65. And be it enacted, That the said town com-
