	and registrars are appointed in and for the other
	election districts; and that the voting place of the

	Milestown ; and it shall be the duty of the county
	commissioners of said county to appoint three judges
	of election for said districts, and to do whatever else
	within the scope of their power may be necessary to

	SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the registration
	officers of the said districts shall make out and pre-

	AN ACT to prohibit the granting of license for the
	sale of spirituous or fermented liquors or lager
	beer at or near Mount Vernon Factories in Balti-
