CHAPTER 275.

AN ACT to refund to Ross Winans, of Baltimore

city, certain taxes paid in error.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Treasurer of the State be and he

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County

Commissioners of Harford county, in their discre-

tion, to issue bonds for the purpose of funding cer-

tain indebtedness of the Board of County School

Commissioners of Harford county, and to levy a
