of the assessment, which amount shall be endorsed on the back of said execution by the clerk under the order of the president or secretary of said company, and the party or parties insured shall until such assessment be paid forfeit all benefit under his, her or their policy.

AN ACT to authorize the County Commissioners of
|
 
|
|
Anne Arundel county to open and widen the
|
 
|
|
county road leading from Hooversville on the
|
 
|
|
Washington branch of the Baltimore and Ohio
|
 
|
|
Railroad to Odenton on the Baltimore and Po-
|
 
|
|
tomac Railroad.
|
 
|
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
 
|
|
Maryland, That the County Commissioners of Anne
|
Authorized
|
|
Arundel county be and are hereby authorized, em-
|
empowered and directed
|
|
powered and directed to appoint a commission,
|
 
|
|
whose duty it shall be to lay off, widen and straighten
|
 
|
|
the road leading from Hooversville on the Washing-
|
 
|
|
ton branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad to
|
 
|
|
Odenton, on the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad,
|
 
|
|
so that the same will be of a uniform width of sixty
|
 
|
|
feet from said Hooversville to the county road lead-
|
 
|
|
ing from Cecil's Old Tavern to Elk Ridge Landing,
|
 
|
|
and of a uniform width of forty feet from said tavern
|
 
|
|
to Odenton clear of water tables and ditches.
|
 
|
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said commis-
|
 
|
|
sioners are hereby authorized to levy on the assess-
|

ing and straightening said road.

SBC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
