and corn-crib, the same containing eight acres, one rood and twenty perches of land for a parsonage or rectory, for the use of the clergymen officiating in St. Mary's Church, Northeast, Cecil county, Maryland.

Sanctioning gift.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assembly is hereby given to the sale, gift, grant or conveyance aforesaid.
|
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
|

AN ACT to pay to John W. Temple, Clerk of the

Circuit Court of Caroline county, the sum of one

hundred and one dollars and sixty cents for fees

due him by the State in the cases of the State

against Thomas H. Kemp and George W. Kugler.

Issue warrant
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be, and he is here-by authorized, and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasurer to pay t.o John W. Temple, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Caroline county, the sum of one hundred and one dollars and sixty cents, for fees due him by the State in the cases of the State against Thomas H. Kemp and George W. Kugler.
