Brooklyn to Baltimore city, or by building the bridge and roads thereto as provided in sections two, three, four, five and six of this act.

Take possession.
|
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, be and they are hereby authorized, directed and required, on or before October the first, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, to take charge and possession of the bridge over Gwynn's Falls, known as Harman's bridge, according to the act of the General Assembly of Maryland of eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, chapter ninety-four.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 221.
AN ACT to add a new section to article twenty-six gf the Code of Public General Laws relating to corporations, so as to provide a more summary remedy against companies incorporated by this State with authority to transport persons or property for hire.

Additional section.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the following be enacted as an additional section to article twenty-six of the Code of Public General Laws relating to corporations, to wit:
|

Be aggrieved.
|
If any person is or shall be aggrieved by any company incorporated by the laws of this State, with authority to transport or carry persons or property for hire by reason of anything done or omitted to be done by the said company, in violation or contravention of its duty in regard to the transportation or

Shall be lawful.
|
