for services to or in behalf of any county of this State, shall be allowed by the county commissioners thereof, until said account has been submitted to and approved by the judges of the court of said county or a majority thereof, as in accordance, with the provisions of this article.

Apply only.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall only apply to the counties of Caroline, Kent, Talbot, Prince George's, Queen Anne's, Charles, Harford and Dorchester.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT making further appropriations for the support of the government and schools, arid Reformatory Institutions of the State, for the year ending the thirty-first day of December, eighteen hundred and seventy-six.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the following sums of money, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for the expenditure and support of the government and certain schools and Reformatory Institutions, for the year ending the thirty-first day of December, eighteen hundred and seventy-six, be and the same are hereby appropriated.

For the expenses of the State Board of Health, including the salary of the Secretary, twenty-five hundred dollars, or so much thereof as may be ne-cessary.
