CHAPTER 191.
AN ACT to authorize Sarah A. E. Brewington, to settle her account as guardian to George P. Brewington, and deliver over the estate to the said ward.
|

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That Sarah A. E. Brewington, guardian to George P. Brewington, a minor, be and she is hereby authorized to pass her final account as guardian, before the Orphans Court of Wicomico county, and to pay and deliver over to the said George P. Brewington, all his property, real and personal, and money that may be duetto him on said final account and to take his receipt for the same, which shall be acknowledged and recorded in the Office of the Register of Wills for said county, and have the same effect, as if the same was executed by a person of full age.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the said George P. Brewington, shall be answerable in law and equity for all liabilities, debts and contracts, entered into by him and may sue and be sued, as if he were a man of full age.
