For the salaries of the Chief Judges of the first seven Judicial Circuits, three thousand five hundred dollars each, twenty-four thousand five hundred dollars; for the salaries of fourteen Associate Judges, of the first seven Judicial Circuits, two thousand eight hundred dollars each, thirty-nine thousand two hundred dollars; for the special Judge of the Court of Appeals from Baltimore city, the Chief Judge and four Associate Judges of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore city, each three thousand five hundred dollars, twenty-one thousand dollars; for the salary of the Attorney General, three thousand dollars; for commissions to Attorneys, two thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary; to the Sheriff and Crier of the Court of Appeals, nine hundred dollars or so much thereof as the Clerk of the Court of Appeals may certify him entitled to receive; for the salary of the State Reporter, one thousand dollars; for the State's subscription to two hundred copies each, of volumes forty-three and forty-four of the decisions of the Court of Appeals, twenty-eight hundred dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary; and for the paper on which said volumes may be printed, in accordance with the act of Assembly of eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, chapter four hundred and ten, seven hundred dollars or so much thereof as may be necessary.

For the salary of the Supervisor of State Tobacco Warehouse, and five Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore city, " two thousand five hundred dollars each, fifteen thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be. necessary, in case the General Assembly should abolish all or any of the offices aforesaid; for two Inspectors of Steam Boilers, fifteen hundred dollars each, three thousand dollars; for insurance on State tobacco warehouses, one thousand dollars, or so much thereof as in the discretion of the Governor
