SEC. 21. And be it enacted, That a copy of said agreement of union to be formed shall within four months from the date thereof, authenticated by the seals of the corporation, and the signatures of their respective presidents, be deposited and recorded among the land records of Cecil county.

SEC. 22. And be it enacted, That if any person or persons shall wilfully by any means whatsoever injure, impair or destroy any part of any railroad constructed by said company under this act, or any of the necessary works, buildings, carriages, vehicles or machinery of said company, such person or persons so offending shall each of them for every such offence,

SEC. 23. And be it enacted, That the said company shall have the right to construct a line or lines of wires of telegraph, on any routes over which by their charter, they have the right to construct a railroad, and for that purpose shall be entitled to the benefit of all the provisions contained in the twenty-sixth article of the Code of Public General Laws from section one hundred and two, to section one hundred and twenty-one inclusive, or so much of said provisions as may be applicable thereto.

SEC. 24. And be it enacted, That should the road or roads not be commenced within three years from the passage of this act and not be finished within six years thereafter, then this act shall be null and void.

SEC. 25. And, be it enacted, That the corporation hereby created shall have authority to lease the said railroad, subject to all the provisions and restrictions
