CHAPTER 95.

AN ACT to repeal section two of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter three hundred and thirteen, entitled "an act to protect the owners of land on the waters of Queen Anne's and Kent counties, and to re-enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That section two of the act of eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter three hundred and thirteen, entitled "an act to protect the owners of land on the waters of Queen Anne's and Kent counties, " be and the same is hereby repealed and the following enacted in lieu thereof.

Repealed and re-enacted.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful for any person except the bonafide resident citizens of Queen Anne's county, to dredge for terrapins in any of the waters of Queen Anne's county.

Not lawful.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Approved March 16, 1876.

CHAPTER 96.,

AN ACT to repeal sections one and two of chapter four hundred and one, of an act passed January session eighteen hundred and seventy-four, entitled " an act to repeal certain sections therein enumerated, of article four of the Code of Public Local Laws and supplement thereto, title 'City of Baltimore 'sub-title 'Court' substituting others in lieu thereof, " and to re-enact the same so as to read as follows.
