he is hereby authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the treasurer of this State to pay John J. Abbott, of Carroll county, the sum of eighty-seven dollars and seventy-four cents, being the amount overpaid, by said John J. Abbott, into the treasury as collector of State taxes for the sixth election district of Carroll county, as certified to by the Comptroller of this State.	Authorized to issue warrant.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage. Approved March 16, 1876.	In force.

CHAPTER 93.
AN ACT to give the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to the provisions of the last will and testament of Rachael Heck of Allegany county, by which the residue of. her estate was devised to be equally divided between the Board of Domestic Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America and the Board of Publication of said church.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland be, and is hereby given to the will of Rebecca Heck of Allegany county which devises to the Board of Domestic Missions of the Presbyterian Church in the United States of America and to the Board of Publication of said church in equal proportions the residue of her estate after the payment of certain specific legacies.	Sanction to bequest.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the time of its passage. Approved March 16, 18. 76.	In force.
