CHAPTER 83.
|

AN ACT to authorize the Clerks of the County Commissioners for Calvert and Washington counties to administer an oath or affirmation to any person presenting a claim to the commissioners of said counties against the county.
|
|
Administer Oath.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Clerks to the County Commissioners for Cal vert and Washington counties are hereby authorized and empowered to administer an oath or affirmation to any person or persons presenting a claim to said commissioners against said counties, for which service said clerks shall not be entitled to make any charge, the same being hereby made a part of their official duty as clerks.
