AN ACT to amend the act passed at this present session of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled "an act to repeal and re-enact with amendments an act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter three hundred and thirty-four, approved March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled 'an act supplementary and amendatory of an act passed at the present session of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled 'an act to amend the charter of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad Company, ' passed at the January session eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter four hundred arid sixty-nine, and to further repeal and amend said last named act by amending the third section thereof and re-enacting the same as amended.

Amended and re-enacted.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the third section of the act passed at this present session of the General Assembly of this State, entitled an act to repeal and re-enact with amendments an act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January session in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, chapter three hundred and thirty-four, approved March thirtieth, eighteen hundred and sixty-eight, entitled an act supplementary and amendatory of the act passed at the present session of the General Assembly of Maryland, entitled an act to amend the charter of the Cumberland and Pennsylvania Railroad Company, passed at the January session eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter four hundred and sixty-nine, and to further repeal and amend said last named act, be and the same is hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows: 3.
