vices and for money advanced and paid by him for
the use of the State, and for his personal expenses,
in the years eighteen hundred and seventy-two, and
eighteen hundred and seventy-three, as one of the
commissioners of this State to adjust the boundary
line between the States of Virginia and Maryland,
and that an amount sufficient to pay the said sum,
be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any
money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 27.

AN ACT to amend an act to incorporate the Safe
Deposit Company of Baltimore, chapter two hun-
dred and forty-two of the acts of the General As-
sembly of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and
the acts amendatory thereof, being chapter eighty-
two of eighteen hundred and sixty-seven, and
chapter three hundred and ninety-four of eighteen
hundred and sixty-eight, and to change the name
of said corporation to the Safe Deposit and Trust
Company of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the name of the Safe Deposit Com-
pany of Baltimore, a corporation created by chapter
two hundred and forty-two of the acts of the General
Assembly of eighteen hundred and sixty-four, be,
and the same is hereby changed to the Safe Deposit
and Trust Company of Baltimore, and the said cor-
poration shall hereafter be known by the name of
the Safe Deposit and Trust Company of Baltimore;
