CHAPTER 18.

AN ACT to repeal the act passed at the January
session eighteen hundred and seventy-four, chapter
two hundred and seventy-eight, entitled "An act to
regulate fences on adjoining lands of persons in
Prince George's county. "

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections one, two, three, four, five,
six, seven, eight, nine and ten of chapters two
hundred and seventy-eight of the laws passed Jan-
uary session, eighteen hundred and seventy-four, be
and the same are hereby repealed.

In force.

SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 19.

AN ACT to repeal section nine hundred and thirty-
five of article four of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-
title "water, " and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

Repealed and
re-enacted.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section nine hundred and thirty-five
of article four, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-title "wa-
ter, " be and the same is hereby repealed, and re-en-
acted to read as follows:
