against the same Warden by
Writ of Debt. (4) And also
it is ordained, that if any at
'the Suit of the Party judged
to another Prison for Debt,
Trespass, or other Quarrel,
will confess himself voluntar-
ily, and by a feigned Cause,
Debtor to the King, and by
that means to be judged to
the said Prison of the Fleet.
there to have greater Liberty
of Prison than elsewhere, and
so to delay the Party of his
Recovery, tine same Recogni-
sance shall be there received;
and if he be not Debtor to the
King of Record, his Body shall
incontinently be remanded
* to the Prison where he was
before, there to remain till
lie hath made Gree to the said
Party, and the same Gree
made, he shall be immediately
sent again to the Fleet, there
to abide, till lie hath made
Gree to the King of his Re-
cognisance aforesaid.
