Ordered to give Security for his good behaviour. whereupon Came the sd Roberts with his Security Edward: Evins, and the sd Roberts pr Recognizance did confess him Self to be indebted to their Maties in the Sum of five pounds sterling money of England, and the Said Evins in the Sum of fifty shillings like money to be leavied on their goods and Chattels land & tennemts for their Maties uses &c. the Condition of which Recognizance is Such, that if the sd Roberts be of the good behaviour and abearance to all their Maties liege people of this Province then the Recognizance void else remain in force &c the Court adjourned till ye 2d tuesday in August. |
