Somerset County This Bill bindeth me William: Jenckins of the County of Somerset and Province of Maryland Planter me my Heirs Execcutors, Admrs. firmly to pay unto Coll. William: Coulborne of the same place and Province abovesd Gent. him his Heirs, Execcutors, Admrs or Assigns the just Sum or quantity of four hundred and tenn pounds weight of good Sound merchantable leaf tobacco in Caske to conteine the same to be paid at or upon the tenth day of October next ensuring the date hereof as wittness my hand and Seal. Signed Sealed and delivered in the Sight of us December. 1th. 1688 his James: Beauchacman William: ? Know all men by these presents that I William: Jenckins of the County aforesd and Province of Maryland Planter. do owe and stand justly indebted unto John: Roach of the County and Province aforesd Cooper three Barrels of good Tarr. due to be paid at or upon the first day of November next ensueing the date hereof att Animessex Town to be delivered as aforesd to the which truth I the said William: Jenckins, bind my Heirs Execcutors or Admrs firmly unto the sd John: Roach his Heirs or Certain Attorney as wittness my hand this first day of September. 1689: Testes.
