Mr. Linthicum moved. to reconsider 'the vote by which Raid
bill was rejected,
Mr. Kirk moved 10 lay the motion submitted by Mr.
Linthicum on the table, ;
Which was not sustained.
The question then recurring upon the motion submitted by
Mr. Linthicum,
It was sustained, and,
The vote by which said. bill was restricted. for want of & con-stitutional majority was reconsidered

On motion of Mr. Linthicum,
The further consideration thereof way postponed, and' the
bill referred to the Allegany delegation.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor
and Council of Hagerstown to appropriate a sum of money to
purchase a Look and ladder apparatus, to aid and assist the®
fire department oi Hagerstown, and' to levy a tax for the pay-
ment of the same.
Was read a third, time and passed by yeas and nays, <—
