Mr. Franklin. Chairman of a Select Committee, to whom
was recommitted this day the Senate bill entitled, an Act to
release the sureties on the official bonds of Charles Parker,
Collector of State taxes for Worcester county, for the years
1866 and 1867, (the rule* being suspended,) reported back
the same favorably.
