ticle XVI., of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
Chancery,
Being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Linthicum,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
lull recommitted to the Committee* on the Judiciary.
The bill, entitled an Act to authorize and require the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Baltimore county, to record
such Chancery cases decided in said Court as involve titles
to land, and which have not been heretofore recorded,
Was read a third time, and passed by yeas and nays as
