On motion of Mr. Eareckson, The vote by which said bill had been rejected for want of a constitutional majority, was reconsidered.* Said bill then being upon its passage, Mr. Eareckson, (by unanimous consent, submitted the fol-lowing* amendment. AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
