The bill, entitled an Act to repeal sections 47, 48 and 50,
of Article XVI., of the Code of Public Local LAWS, title
''Prince George's County," tinder head of "Collectors," en-
acted by the Act of 1868, chapter 330, and sections 44, 45,
49, 55 and (6, of said Article XVI, under same head, en-
acted by the Act of 1870, chapter 216, and to repeal sections
37, 49, 60, 66 and $7, of Article LXXXL, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title "Revenue and Taxes," in so
far as the same may relate to Prince George's county, and
to re-enact the following as sections 44, 45, 47, 48, 49 50,
85 and 56, of Article XVI , of the Code of Public Local
Law, title "Prince George's County," under the head of
"Collectors," in their stead,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and naya, a
