820 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 13,
Being upon a third reading,
The question recurring upon the motion submitted by Mr.
Smith on yesterday, to strike out the enacting clause of said
till,
Mr. Feig moved that the further consideration of -the bill
be postponed, and that said bill be made the order of the day
for to-morrow, Thursday, 14th instant.
Decided in the negative.
The question then recurring upon the motion as submitted
by Mr. Smith,
Mr. Smith demanded the previous question.
The question then being,' "Shall the main question be now
pat?"
It was decided the affirmative.

On motion of Mr. Feig.,
A call of 'the House was ordered.
