Sec. 1, lice 4, insert before the words "the village," the
-words '"the square in."
Sec. 2, line 3, insert after the word "oath" the words "or
affirmation."
See. 3, line 3, strike out '-twenty" and insert five."
Sec. 3, add at end of section the following words, "togeth-
er with the fine and cost, as prescribed in the first section of
the Act, and in default of payment of the said fine and im-
pounding fee, the said swine may be sold to satisfy the same.""
Sec.4.line 2, add after the word "applied" the following,.
