On motion of Mr. Banks, (the rules being suspended,)
The House proceeded to the consideration of
The bill, entitled an Act to provide for the distribution
and investment of the proceeds of sale of the Almshouse
property of Baltimore county, and of securities held by and
belonging to said county.
Said bill being upon a third reading,
On motion of Mr. Banks,
The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill recommitted to the Baltimore County delegation.
The bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Phoenix Man-
ufacturing Company, of Baltimore county,
Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nay as
