Said bill then being upon a second reading, On motion of Mr. Stewart, The vote by which the amendment was adopted to section 810, line 30, striking out the word "eighteen" and inserting the word "twenty," was reconsidered. The question then recurring upon the adoption of the amendment, It was rejected, The hill, as amended, was then read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.
