The bill, entitled an Act to repeal the Act of incorporation
of Mechanicstown, Frederick county, Maryland, passed Feb-
ruary 13th, 1832, chapter 111, and the supplements thereto,
and sections 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198. 199, 200, 201, 202,
203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209; 210, 211 and 212, of Arti-
cle XI., of the Code of Public Local Laws, and also, to amend
the Act of Assembly, passed at the January Session, 1870,
chapter 98, so as to make the same valid in law,
Was read a third tune, and passed by yeas and naya, as
