for the support of the government for the year ending the
first day of January, 1873, endorsed, " passed by yeas and
nays."
Mr. Griswold, Chairman of the Committee on the Judi^
Clary, to whom was referred the bill entitled an Act to add
additional sections to the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled <{ Crimes and Punishments," which shall be sections
210, 211, 212, 213 and 214, of the said Article.
Reported back the same with proposed, amendments.
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In section 210, strike out in line 16, "two hundred and
fifty dollars," and insert "one hundred dollars."
In line 17, strike out " three months," and insert "one
month."
In section 211, strike out in line 15, " one thousand dol-
lars," and insert "five hundred dollars."
