No. 385. An act to repeal and re-enact with amendments
sections one, two, three, five, six and seven, of the act
of eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter one hundred
and ninety-two, entitled " an act to incorporate the
Lonaconning Ocean, Coal Mining' and Transportation
Company,'' as amended by the act of March session,
eighteen hundred and fifty, chapter one hundred and
thirty-six, changing the name of the sard corporation to
the name of the Ocean Steam Coal Company: providing
lor a change of the incorporators and a reduction of the
capital stock .........
No. 386. An act to provide for the introduction of a sup-
ply of soft water into the town of' Hagerstown by means
of water-works, appointing a Water Board for that pur-
pose, and authorizing the Mayor and Council of Hagerstown to provide means for the construction of said work.
No. 387. An act to repeal section four of act passed by
the General Assembly of Maryland, at its January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter ninety-nine,
entitled " an act to lay off streets in Baltimore county
adjoining Baltimore city,'" and to repeal certain acts in-consistent therewith, and to re-enact the same with
amendments .........
No. 388. An act to repeal sections twenty-seven, twenty-eight twenty-nine, thirty thirty-one thirty-two thirty-three, thirty-four, thirty-five and thirty-six, of article
fifty-six of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
'l Licenses," subtitle "Foreign Corporations and Com-
panies," and to re-enact the same with amendments
No. 389. An act to add an additional section to article
twenty-one of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Washington county," sub-title "Williamsport," to come
in after section three hundred and thirty-one of said
article and also to repeal section three hundred and
thirty-two of said article, and re-enact the same with
amendments. .......
No. 390. A n act to refund to Dr. L.C. Cox, of Talbot county,
a sum of money paid into the Treasury, on an erroneous
assessment of property. .....
