CHAPTER 358.
AN ACT to provide for the appointment of an
additional Justice of the Peace for Election District
number three, in Harford county.
SECTION 1. -Be it enacted by the. General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Governor lie and he is hereby
authorized and empowered to appoint an additional
Justice of the Peace for Election District, number
three, in Harford county.
SEC. 2. And, be it further enacted, That tins Act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

Tongsmen
allowed to
catch oysters

CHAPTER 359.
AN ACT to give to the tongsman in Queen Anne's
and Kent counties the right to take or catch oys-
ters in the waters of either county, on a license to
be taken out in the county in which the tongsman
respectively reside.
SECTION 1. -Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That any resident of either Queen Anne's
or Kent county, owning or having in hi a possession
