the Senate Chamber, ninety-four dollars and fifty
cents; to John Murphy and Company, for stationery
furnished the State Library, eighty-two dollars and
seventy cents; to James E. Tate, for sundries furnished the Senate, by order of Secretary of Senate,
one hundred and thirty dollars and eighty-two cents;
to John Root, late Collector of State taxes in Carroll
county, for over payment into the treasury, as pet-
certificate of the Comptroller and Treasurer, seven
dollars and forty-two cents; to Richard Tydings, for
work done and materials furnished in fitting up Com-
mittee Rooms, thirty-nine dollars and seventy-five
cents; to James Iglehart and Son, for materials fur-
nished for repairs to the State House, one hundred
and eighteen dollars and thirty-one cents; to John
O. and R. M. Proud, for costs of suits in State cases,
twenty-eight dollars and sixty cents; to Naval Acad-
emy -Band, for music furnished on inauguration day,
by order of committee, one hundred and sixteen
dollars.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That tins Act shall take
effect from and after its passage.
