LAWS OF MARYLAND.
CHAPTER 273.
AN ACT to refund to Trueman, Belt & Sons, of
Baltimore city, for the benefit of William D.
Bowie, Sr., Clement Hill, Mordecai S. Plummer,
Washington G. Beall, and others, moneys errone-
ously paid by them to Inspectors of Tobacco in
Baltimore city, for outage and storage.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by UK' General Assemble of
Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be
and he is hereby authorized to issue his warrant
upon the Treasurer in favor of Trueman, Belt and
Sons, for the benefit of the following persons, to wit:
for William D. Bowie, Sr., for the sum of one hun-
dred and sixty-two dollars and ten cents; for Clement
Hill, for the sura of one hundred and ten dollars and
fifty-three cents; for Mordecai S. Plummer, for the
sum of one hundred and thirty dollars and fifty-one
cents; for Washington G. Beall, for the sum of one
hundred and eighty-eight dollars and twenty cents;
for Frederick Scasscer, for the sum of forty-eight
dollars and sixteen cents; for Sarah Wilson, for the
sum of seven dollars and forty cents; for Francis
M. Bowie, for the sum of four dollars; for Thomas
F. Bowie, for the sum of twenty-three dollars and
sixty cents; for Calvert Brown, for the sum of thirty-
five dollars and forty cents; for Samuel T. Cooke,
for the sum of thirty-seven dollars and sixty cents;
for James T. Perkins, for the sum of fifteen dollars
and ninety cents; for James Waring, for the sum of
one hundred and ninety-eight dollars and sixty cents;
for Virginia L. Waring, for the sum of sixty-nine
dollars; for James A. Osbourn, the sum of fifty-nine
dollars and forty cents; for Charlotte Osbourn, the
sum of one hundred and twenty-three dollars; for
the estate of Benjamin Lee, for the sum of two hun-
dred and eighty-two dollars and five cents; for
Thomas Poultney, Jr., and George N. Moale, for the
sum, of sixty-four dollars and forty cents; for Fielder
Magruder, for the sum of one hundred and twenty-
nine dollars and fifteen cents; for Samuel Brook, the
sum of fifty-nine dollars and twenty-five cents; for
