CHAPTER 199.
AN ACT to repeal section fourteen of the Act passed
April fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy, chap-
ter four hundred, and forty-four, entitled an Act to
incorporate the Baltimore and Hall's Springs Rail-
way Company, and to re-enact the same with-
amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it exacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section fourteen of the Act passed
April fourth, eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter
four hundred and forty-four, be and the same is
hereby repealed, and re-enacted to read as follows:
SEC. 14. That unless the said road shall be com-
menced by the thirteenth day of April, eighteen
hundred and seventy-three, and completed within
two years thereafter to Hall's Springs, either on the
Belair or Harford Roads, then this Act shall be null
and void.
Sac. 2. And be if enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 200.
AN A CT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fer-
mented liquors, or any other article of traffic,
within two miles of any festival or picnic held for
the benefit of Churches or Schools in Worcester
county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That if any person or persons shall erect,
place or have any booth, stall, tent, carriage, boat,
vessel, or other vehicle or contrivance whatever, for
the purpose or use of selling, giving, or otherwise
