Warehouse No. 3—Joshua Linthicum, of Anne Arundel
county.
Warehouse No. 4—Barnes Compton, of Charles county.
Warehouse No. 5—John Richardson, of Baltimore City.
Supervisor of Tobacco Warehouses.
Richard O. Mullikin, of Prince George's county.
On motion by Mr. Tuck,
The Senate unanimously advised and consented to the ap-
pointment of the Hon. Barnes Compton, agreeably to the
aforegoing nomination.
On motion by Mr. Williams,
The Senate advised and consented to the appointment of
Charles B. Waters, James H. Frazier, Joshua Linthicum,
John Richardson and Richard O. Mullikin as Tobacco In-
spectors, agreeably to the aforegoing nominations.
