I herewith transmit to you a list of the Executive appoint-
ments made for Baltimore county during the recess of the
Legislature.
May 12, 1870.—Isaac Bowen, Justice of the Peace 3d dis-
trict, vice William Lewin, declined.
May 12, 1870.—Richard Tyding, Justice of the Peace 3d
district, to fill vacancy in the list of
Justices for the district.
May 12, 1870.—A. H. Slade, Justice of the Peace 3d dis-
trict, to fill vacancy in the list of Jus-
tices for the district.
May 13, 187O.— Caleb D. Owings, Justice of the Peace 3d
district, to fill vacancy in the list of Jus-
tices for the district.
June 16, 1870.—John S. Curtis, Justice of the Peace, 10th
district, vice John W. Carter failed to
