Lansdale, Justice of the Peace 4th district, vice John Offutt, declined. March 2, 1871—Thomas Waters, of Sam'1, Justice of the Peace 5th district, vice Thomas Fawcett, deceased. July 13, 1871—Thomas Beall, Officer of Registration 5th district, vice J. W. Bell, resigned. Sept. 5, 1871—Joseph L. Dudsow, Justice of the Peace 2nd district, vice Eli Wolf, deceased. -ODEN BOWIE. On motion by Mr. Sellman, The Senate advised and consented to the aforegoing ap- pointments agreeably to the nominations of the 5th instant.
