On motion of Mr. McColgan,
Leave was granted to the Committee on the Judiciary to
introduce a bill, to repeal sub-section 1 of section 173 of
Article IV. Public Local Laws, entitled " City of Baltimore,"
sub-titled "Courts," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
Mr. Shipley (the rules being suspended) presented the
report of the Board of Commissioners of Baltimore county,
in response to an order of the House.
