The Senate proceeded to Executive Session.
Saving resumed Legislative business.
On motion by Mr. Spencer, the (rules were suspended,) so
as to give a third reading to House bill relating to the clos-
ing of Barber shops in the City of Baltimore, on Sunday, as
follows:

Baltimore City, exempt from the operation of said bill.
