On motion by Mr. Spencer, the (rules were suspended,) so as to give a third reading to House bill relating to the clos- ing of Barber shops in the City of Baltimore, on Sunday, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henry, Compton, Longwell, 'Carroll, Spates, Crawford, Sellman, Claggett, Spencer, Denson, Steiner, Downs, Wilson, Dennis, Williams—IT. Fields, NEGATIVE—None. Mr. Blake moved to have the First Legislative District of Baltimore City, exempt from the operation of said bill. Which was rejected by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
