Oh motion by Mr. Wilson, (the rules were suspended,) so as to give A second reading this day to the House bill entitled an Act to create an additional Election District in Prince George's county, to be styled the Eleventh Election District of Prince George's county, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Henry, Compton, Longwell, Carroll, Miller, Crawford, Spates, Claggett, Sellman, Denson, Spencer, Downs, Wilson, Dennis, Williams—17. Earle, NEGATIVE—None. On motion by Mr. Wilson, (the rules being suspended,) Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows : AFFIRMATIVE Messrs.
