The House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 46, 47, 55 and 56, of Article LXXV. of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Pleading, Practice and Process," also the Act of 1870, chapter 420, entitled an Act to repeal section 3.0, of Article LXXV. of the Code of Public General Laws, by . substituting the following in lieu thereof.
