SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
constable and bailiff of the several election districts of the counties aforesaid, or wards of the several cities, to arrest all
persons whom they may see violating any of the sections of
this Act, and take them before the nearest Justice of the Peace, to be dealt with as this Act directs.
SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
