The House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1, 2,3,
4 and 5, of Article LIII, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Landlord and Tenant," sub-title "Tenants hold-
ing over."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings.
The House bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article XXX. > of the Code of Public General Laws,
title "Crimes and Punishments," sub-title "Seduction," and
to be section 210.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.
The House bill entitled an Act to add an additional section
to Article V., of the Code of Public General Laws, title ''Ap-
peals."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

ordinance of the City of Baltimore, approved on the 24th of
June, 1871, entitled an ordinance to condemn and close
McElderry street, between Register and Wolfe streets, Ann
street, between Jefferson and Monument streets, and all
streets, lanes or alleys comprised within the whole grounds
bounded on the north by Monument street, on the east by
Wolfe street, on the south by Jefferson street, on the west by
