The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend section 21, of
Article LXX. of the Code of Public Local Laws for Carroll
county, by adding a sub-section, making judgments of Jus-
tices of the Peace in that county, liens on the real and lease-
hold property,
Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the payment
of James Plummer, of Dorchester county, of arrears of pen-
sion, lost by accidental omission of his name from the Act
passed January Session, 1870, chapter 477,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
