The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 42 of
Article LI., of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Jus-
tices of the Peace," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments,
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows :

The Senate bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 10 of Ar-
ticle XXXVII, of the Code of Public General Laws, relat-
ing to the pay of witnesses attending the Circuit or Orphans'
Courts of this State, and to re-enact the same as amended,
Being on its third reading,
On motion by Mr. Miller,
Was re-committed to the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings.
The Senate bill, entitled an Act to protect fish in the
waters of Nanticoke River from non-residents.
Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
