The House bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of Baltimore county to build a bridge over Jones* Falls, at Royer's avenue, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Longwell, Blake, Miller, Carroll, Stephenson, Crawford, Spates, Denson, Sellman, Dennis, Spencer, Fields, Steiner, Henry, Timmons, Jump, Tuck—18. Davis, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates. Mr. Davis, from a Select Committee, reported A bill, entitled an Act to lay off streets in Baltimore coun- ty, adjacent to the City of Baltimore, Which was read the first time. The Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the Commis- sioners of Worcester county to levy a sum of money to pay the Crier and Bailing of the Circuit Court of said county, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Miller, Blake, Stephenson, Carroll, Spates, Dennis, Sellman, Fields, Spencer, Henry, Steiner, Longwell, Timmons—14. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. The Senate bill, entitled an Act to authorize the County Commissioners of Dorchester county to aid in the construc- tion of the Vienna Railroad, Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: |
