204 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Jan. 30, City of Chicago, one copy of the Maryland Reports from vol. 1 to 33, inclusive, one copy of the Code of Public General and Public Local Laws and supplements, Johnson's Maryland Chancery Reports, Alexander's British Statutes and BOB man's History of Maryland, with a request that said Samuel H. Kerfoot, Esq., will present the same in behalf of the State to the Library of the Bench and Bar, of Chicago, or to what ever Library Association in said City may exist, in connection with and for the use of the Bench and Bar of said City. The amendments were severally read and adopted, and -The Resolution, as amended, was then read a second time and passed by yeas and nays, as follows :
NEGATIVE—None. Said Resolution was then sent to the Senate. The bill, entitled an Act to add additional sections to the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Crimes and Punish- ments," which shall be sections 210, 211, 212, 213 and 214, of the said Article, Being upon a second reading.
