Also, House bill, entitled an Act to provide for the appointment of an additional Justice of the Peace for District No. 3, in Harford county. Which was read and referred to Messrs. Stephenson, Fields, and Claggett. Also, House bill, entitled an Act to repeal, amend and re-enact the Acts relating to the dividing line between Prince George's and Montgomery counties. Which was read and referred to Messrs. Wilson, Compton, and Sellman. Also, House bill, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact certain section of the Acts of 1866, regulating the manufacture and sale of illuminating oils. Which was read and referred to Messrs. Steiner, Earle and Compton. Also, House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 38, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Prince George's County," sub- title "Bladensburg," and to re-enact in lieu thereof the fol- lowing. Was read the first time and referred to Messrs. Wilson, Blake and Longwell. Also, The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 14, of the Act passed April 4, 1870, chapter 444, relating to the incor- poration of the Baltimore and Hall's Spring Railway Com- pany, and to re-enact the same with amendments, Was read the first time and referred to Messrs, Davis, Steiner and Denson. Also, The House bill, entitled an Act to repeal section 139 and 141, of Article VII., of the Code of Public Local Laws, of Carroll county, relating to New Windsor, and to re-enact the same with amendments, |
