330 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 4, Mr. Tuck moved to reconsider the vote by which said bill tailed to pass. Which was adopted. On motion of Mr. Tuck, Said bill was laid on the table. The Senate bill, entitled an Act to provide for the protec- tion of birds and rabbits in Frederick county, Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Stephenson, Blake, Spates, Compton, Sellman, Carroll, Spencer, Downs, Steiner, Earle, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—15. Longwell, NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. Mr. Tuck called up joint resolutions, requesting the Sena- tors and representatives in Congress, to use their influence in having a Naval Depot established in the harbor of An- napolis. Which was read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays, as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Stephenson, Blake, Spates, Compton, Sellman, Carroll, Spencer, Downs, Steiner, Earle, Tuck, Henry, Wilson—15 Longwell, NEGATIVE—None. Said resolutions were then sent to the House of Delegates.
